The information on this site about services and areas is published in good faith and can change. Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. The price that counts is the written estimate you receive for your specific job.
An opinion given from photos or a description is exactly that — an opinion based on what we were shown. The real estimate comes after seeing the job in person, and it comes in writing. Remodeling sometimes uncovers conditions nobody could see — what is behind a wall or under a floor. When that happens, the change gets discussed and priced in writing before that part of the work continues.
Start dates and the expected length of the job are agreed before work begins. If something on your side or ours needs to move, the earlier it is said, the easier it is to solve.
Work areas get masked and protected, and the site gets cleaned at the end of each day. Please move valuables and fragile items out of the work area before the job starts — it protects them and it protects the schedule.
Say so — ideally while we are still there, because most things are fastest to fix on the spot. If you notice something afterwards, call or message and we will come back and look at it.
