Demo to done — several rooms, one plan, one contractor to call — Pearland, Brazoria County.
There are really two Pearlands, and a full interior remodel has to work in both. One is Shadow Creek Ranch and the newer subdivisions around it — thousands of two-storey houses built in the 2000s, all carrying the same builder-grade kitchen and bath, all reaching the point of needing real work at roughly the same time. The other is the old Townsite, where the houses are smaller, older, and mostly untouched since the 1970s.
A full remodel means the same crew handles whichever house shows up, from demolition to the last coat of paint, instead of a kitchen contractor, a flooring installer and a painter never quite talking to each other. On a newer Shadow Creek Ranch house that usually means gutting dated finishes down to sound bones. On an old Townsite house it usually means opening walls nobody has opened since the house was built and finding out what is actually behind them before anything gets closed back up.
One crew from demolition to the last coat of paint.

Tell us what you want to change and send photos on WhatsApp if it is easier — a picture of the kitchen says more than a description of it. Harry answers, and if he is on a job, Mayra does — in English or Spanish.
