Drive through Shadow Creek Ranch and most of the kitchens you cannot see were installed within a few years of each other. The subdivision went up fast in the 2000s, one builder spec after another, and that means a wave of oak cabinets, laminate counters and the same layout are all hitting twenty-plus years old on roughly the same calendar.
